Lucinda believes that by understanding and communicating the narratives of the arts and cultural sectors, we can better understand their unique aspects and apply them to help improve the quality and scope of creative expression in Australia. She has deep experience in the sector, particularly in performing arts and theatre companies throughout Sydney, having established her own theatre company and created original works in collaboration with actors, dancers, composers, designers, musicians and playwrights.
She brings skills in facilitation, storytelling, sensemaking and research. She creatively applies her Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in English and Performance Studies from The University of Sydney to develop new methods for communicating research insights. This theoretical knowledge is also underpinned by her own creative practice.
