Brooke is an optimist. She grew up in rural NSW and has a passion for hearing people’s stories. She wants to understand problems from the perspective of lived experiences and is interested in the personal stories that make up complex social problems.
Brooke has a degree in Visual Communication and International Studies from the University of Technology, Sydney. Her enthusiasm for creating social impact grew out of university projects that used design thinking to solve complex social issues. Working on projects for NSW Health and Transport, Brooke developed skills in co-design and synthesis in varying contexts.
Brooke likes to see tangible outcomes and enjoys working collaboratively to see ideas come to fruition. She loves to see big ideas ironed out into functional solutions that create real impact, benefiting people and communities with practical and realistic outcomes.
