Benjamin is passionate about Human-Centered Design as a methodology that can be used to approach complex problems with a continuous growing mindset. He is especially enthusiastic about designing innovative business models to leverage great innovation and to empower the people.
He has previous experiences working for governmental agencies, start-ups and design studios where he developed his interest for the latest innovation methods. He also enjoys volunteering his time for associations and charities. Notably, he helped a free school for underprivileged in a Brazilian favela, supported social entrepreneurs in Porto and travelled to rural China and taught English to mid-schoolers.
He seeks to combine his background in business and design to make an impact on communities and societies. He believes in continuous learning and loves reading books, following MOOCS and attending entrepreneurship events.
Benjamin holds a Master's in Management from KEDGE Business School (France) that he completed with an exchange program at Tsinghua University (China) and a Postgraduate degree in Product and Service Innovation from Politécnico do Porto (Portugal).
